Indochine Rooftop room with balcony and ancient street view, 3' to Beer Street Tạ Hiện

Perfectly located for us. Nice clean and simple 👌 We likes the little kitchenette, although only used to make tea. The balcony is a nice edition The bed was comfortable with goog linens. Has a TV if that's yiur kind of thing although I personally dont go away to watch TV but can be handy at times. Simple wet room style bathroom, with towels and additional extras like shower gel, shampoo etc and even toothbrushs if ypu forget yours. Self check in and out was easy Host communication was exceptional When in Hanoi we want a place to rest/sleep well and get washed and changed. This was perfect and more if u want it

Nothing really My only comment and I make this every place I stay you generally get 2 towels for 2 guests, but i personally like to have at least 4 one each for our body, one for hands and one for my hair. But its not a deal breaker more a personal preference. Not an issue for us, and you must be aware in Hanoi most buildings are like this. Thin steep stairs. Just something for others to be aware of.

This is a great place to stay if you want a local housing experience and prefer to have more space than a hotel room. It has an authentic charm, walkable to the places of interest, it's clean and cosy. It is on a noisy road but so is the rest of the Old Quarter, unless you stay along a back alley. Majority of the buildings in old Hanoi are narrow, hence the staircase is narrow - it might be a bit of a challenge for those with mobility issues. But I'm not flagging this as a con - it's just a part of their history.

Camera pazzesca, bellissima, peccato averla sfruttata poco perché arrivata molto tardi e partita l’indomani mattina molto presto. Arredamento molto bello, giusto mix tra tradizionale e moderno mantenendo una forte connessione con la cultura vietnamita. Forse solo il bagno da rinnovare ma per il resto ok.

Da curare un po’ di più l’assistenza al cliente, soprattutto la modalità di check-in fai da te, soluzione comoda ma non immediata, e il pagamento. Nel mio caso é stato richiesto pagamento cash only. Non era un problema, solo purtroppo essendo stato comunicato a mezzanotte passata e avendo la partenza la mattina seguente alle 06.00 am, e non avendo con me abbastanza cash ha generato qualche piccolo disagio ma si è risolto tutto nel migliore dei modi. Se dovessi tornare ad Hanoi, mi attrezzerei prima e tornerei qui sicuramente…!
