We loved the location. Quiet off the street and walking distance to good food, the lake, the water puppet shows. The staff was very helpful with directions, rides and answering our questions. We will definitely strait there again.

the room is very spacious. we got 1 queen bed & 1 mini sofa bed (it felt like a sofa bed). strategic location as it is at the centre of the city. affordable price. too bad we only stay here for 1 night as we came from Sa Pa before heading to airport the next day.
it kinda awkward that u need to take a shower IN the bathtub. i'll very much prefer they were separated since we have to climb into the tub and it would be very dangerous to step in when the floor is wet. aside from that, the location of the hotel is at the back of the end road. if there's no people around, it feels quite dangerous to be alone.

Everything we needed in terms of quality and location for the price. Front desk, the great moon, was fantastic and looked after us. The lift is a bonus…. No sweating on the climb.
All good

the bathtub was a lovely surprise
the noise that the neighbours make in the alley.
