This property is very well situated - close to the lake, and just far enough away from the old quarter, so it’s not as crazy at night. Very comfy beds, and couches in the main seating area. Reasonably equiped kitchenette. The wifi was reliable. The minimart on the corner was handy and very well stocked, once we realised it was more than one story high!
The balcony was not an appealing place to be, and the washing machine looked unloved. We were not sure if it was operational. Be careful when walking down the lane to get to the accomm at night, it can be rough and slippery underfoot

The host was very professional and responsive. We only stayed 1 night but it was comfortable for our family of 5. The entrance was easy and the stairs were wide, which was a refreshing change from all the narrow, uneven Old Quarter staircases we had experienced thus far. WiFi worked well and the combo washing machine and dryer was clutch. It was clean and safe. Beds were comfortable.
The plumbing/ventilation in the bathrooms is an opportunity for improvement. They had a little bit of a funky smell.

Host was outstanding and helpful. We arrived during a typhoon with kids, this was our much needed sanctuary. Great location, close to the old quarter but with no noise. overall apartment is lovely and spacious. Rooms were large, teenagers loved the TV in their bedroom. Not too many stairs to get in with was refreshing.
Couldn’t get the tumble dryer to work.
