Apartment located in a nice position but the owner must do a lot of work to improve the check in

the position

Check in I didn't receive the code of the box, I didn't receive any pic of the box I had to call for having the code ( Nobody told me tha was the procedure). There weren't any instuctions therefore I wasn't able to swirch on for the warm water . The hairdry didn't work

Nice, spacious apartment but on 4th floor so avoid if you have mobility issues.

Nice, spacious apartment with a very big bedroom, a large bed and cosy bedding.

I was unable to unlock the main access door every time I tried to get into the building. It was lucky I was with someone otherwise I may have been unable to access the apartment at all. The apartment décor is very odd and none of the furniture matches. The lights are very bright and the living area would benefit from a lamp. The blinds don't fit the windows and there are gaps around the side of the blinds allowing light in people in the opposite property to see in. This is particularly an issue in the bathroom so we did not use the shower and had to be careful when using the toilet. There was no where to hang coats so some hooks near the entrance would be good. As would some blankets and extra pillows. I had to use the cushions from the sofa on the bed. There is a TV in the apartment but it does not have an ariel or digital box so is pointless being there. The apartment is also on the 4th floor up lots of narrow stairs which was not mentioned before booking. There is no lift so for anyone with mobility issues it's best to avoid.

La veille de mon départ, il y'a eu une coupure de courant pendant 1h et aussi pendant 2 jours je n'avais pas eu accès à l'internet pcq je n'avais pas le code d'accès et ce n'était affiché nulle part dans l'appartement et je ne savais pas à qui m'adresser, le numéro de contact affiché ne passait pas

Se podría decir que me gustó la ubicación.

La limpieza, brilla por su ausencia. El wifi no funcionaba, encima cuando les escribo para decirles que no iba, me dicen que “deje de hacer ruido” que “estaba molestando a los vecinos” cuando éramos mi madre y yo y lo único que hicimos fue ducharnos y acostarnos. Tiene un termo común con todos los apartamentos del bloque y está en este, por lo que cualquiera que encienda el grifo, la ducha, salta el termo en el apartamento y hace muchísimo ruido. El sofá da literalmente asco, muy sucio y con unas manchas enormes.

Leuk aangestyled appartement, oven en eenvoudig ingerichte keuken. Goed bed.

Stopcontacten die niet functioneren, lampje boven spiegel badkamer, roede douchegordijn kwam naar beneden, overgordijnen konden niet bewegen. Het meest irritante is de afzuiger van het restaurant beneden naast de slaapkamer. Parkeren in de buurt bijna onmogelijk en super duur, parkeergarage interpark is oké.

Kényelmes apartman a Central és a Midi között, ha nem akarsz szállodába menni

Szép környéken, nagyon hangulatos helyen van. Kedves és nagyon jól kommunikál a szállásadó. Az apartman felszerelése tökéletesen megfelelő volt, a hálószoba ízléses, a matrac nekem pont tökéletes volt.

A konyhai konnektorokban nem volt áram.

L’appartamento è in una zona comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro, molto caldo e fornito di tutto il necessario. Recentemente ristrutturato e perfetto per il nostro soggiorno. Proprietari disponibili e chiavi ritirate e consegnate senza problemi!

NO VOLVERÍA A ESTE APARTAMENTO

La ubicación y la cocina.

El apartamento no era el que había reservado (me dieron el número 3 cuando yo había reservado el número 4 del edificio), entraba mucha luz por la mañana a través de una claraboya en el techo, por la mañana había mucho ruido de una turbina que sacaba aire de algún local, el baño tenía una ventana sin intimidad, el inodoro perdía agua por detrás y los enchufes del baño entre otros se caían a cachos. En resumen unas instalaciones bastantes nefastas.

Télévision ne fonctionnait pas, fallait un ordinateur d après le gars, c est vrai qu a pied on va transporter un ordinateur, c était pas specifie ds l annonce de plus. Douche bouchée, de l eau partout ds la salle de bain, les prises de la salle de bain ne marchent pas heureusement, on serait mort les pieds ds l eau avec le sèche cheveux. Four sans plat au four, pas une petite bouteille d eau quand on arrive. Matelas hyper dur, on avait l impression de dormir sur une planche. Il manquait une petite table pour manger à la place du petit fauteuil
