The property is cute and well-positioned. Very good for 2 people. Right on the beach. Great pool. Nice staff. Beautiful views.
There was construction going on when we were there and Jack-hammering and very loud drilling occurred every morning starting at 9am. I had planned to work part of the day in the room and this was impossible with the noise. It was not tenable to stay in the condo during the day with the noise - it was very loud and very stressful. The manager/owner was not helpful and refused a partial refund. At the end of the day, Booking.com gave use a certificate to compensate us partially for this noise. They also tried to negotiate with the owner and was not successful.

The location was excellent to visit sites in San Juan; and be picked up to go on tours around the island. There were a number of stores in the area, including supermarkets, and many restaurants. The apartment was well furnished, including a workable kitchen. It has a balcony with a view of the beach and compound. Overall an excellent place for a visit to San Juan and Puerto Rico.
