This renovated oceanfront apartment is in the heart of Isla Verde beach. It has a bedroom with queen bed, living room with sofa bed, 2 Smart TV with Nexflix and Cable TV, plus high speed WIFI. The condo has a balcony with a beautiful ocean view. It also offers underground parking, a nice swimming pool and tennis court. Walking distance to over 30 restaurants, nightlife, casino and supermarkets. It is just 10 mins drive from SJU airport and 15 mins from Old S.J
Disclaimer: the apartment does not have a washer and dryer inside the unit. There is a coin operated laundromat at the lobby of the building.

Condo is easy walking distance to over 30 restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, supermarket and casino. We offer a document with restaurants all over the island and lots of info on things to do. We do not earn a commission on the referrals so you will be directed to our personal favorites.
GETTING AROUND:
• No need to rent a car
• Everything is within very easy and safe walking distance (day and night)
• Public bus to Old San Juan stops in our building ~ 0.75 ¢ each way or $9 Uber
• 10 minute drive from airport with absolutely no airport noise ~ $8 Uber
• To rent a car for a day there is 24 hour Charlie Car Rental across the street
All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet

Great place, beautiful beach!
Only complaint is ad stated washer and dryer and when we arrived washer and dryer were locked in closet and we weren't able to use! Told us to us lobby coin op laundry, which is not what was expected. Overall nice place to stay!

Everything went smoothly from rental to check in to check out. Apartment was
Exactly as noted. Very clean and accommodating. Beatrice was very helpful and responsive. Loved staying here. Apartment had everything we needed plus more. Nicely decorated and great location. Would highly recommend.

Directions on how to enter property need to be more clearly stated. The tv/ internet in bedroom rarely worked There is no washer/ dryer with little space to even hang/ dry clothes. No hanging/ hangars were available as closets were locked. The property is very noisy throughout the night as walls are very thin should that be a problem for you. The location is excellent with easy access to ocean/ pool, shopping, dining. The pics over state the quality of the condo other than the view which is exquisite. The condo is adequate but very minimal. The manager Beatrice was exceptional and very responsive.
