Disappointing
The property is run down and doesn't look like the photos. The level of cleanliness was poor - in particular, the bathroom really needed a deep clean and there was a problem with drain flies. Daniel, the host, was uncommunicative. When I did manage to get hold of him, he was rude and dismissive. I ended up leaving the property early due to the poor cleanliness. There was no hot water for the majority of the week I did stay there. I wouldn't recommend this property - there are plenty of lovely places to stay in Oaxaca!

- small apartment, more run down in real life than on the photos - the floor literally chips away under your feet and isn’t clear, we constantly had black feet - the kitchen could do with more items to cook with - the fridge is super loud at night, and with no door to the kitchen, it woke me up a lot - the shower was cold most of the time - think we were unlucky with our neighbours who just played music all the time - we thought it was nearer to the centre than it was, it was around a 20m walk - we got our laundry done, and it was super expensive…

It's reasonably comfortable and the patio is nice. The location is good, it's about a 15 minute walk from the Centro.

挺舒服的！小院子里有好几个小套间，公寓里该有的都算有还有电视。位置不错旁边有商店面包店旅行社，离中心区不近但也不远步行可达。床不大但够用，公寓不大但也够用。
厕所通风差一点，窗口隔音差一点。
