Not as good as we hoped

Clean and tidy. Good coffee machine

Not really suitable for 4 adults as not enough seating or utensils. Poor cooking facilities - one tiny saucepan and one tiny frypan.

A lovely find which we would happily book again if we came up to the Ruakaka races.

A very comfortable overnight stay. Nicely appointed with everything we needed.

Bedding was fresh & clean but I do like a top sheet on my bed rather than just the duvet.

I had One night stay in this place , The property is super clean and smells divine. I can’t fault with cleanliness of the place. Spotless and comfy bed, also cute little kitchenette. The place is quiet and safe , you can literally relax . Overall! It was great stay. Thank you 😀

Perfect for my one-night stay. Accommodation immaculate, contact via email and/or mobile - no personal contact but worked just fine, no issue.

Arriving at night in the rain difficult to see the lockbox numbers; a little bottle of milk would have been great (I travel often, so had my own); espresso machine but no capsules, 1 or 2 would have been helpful; wash-dry-put away dishes but no tea towel only wash cloth.

Pleasant rest on way north

It is a bit remote but Google is accurate. Very clean. Nice little upgraded touches so you would feel the host cares. Very quiet. Self check in operates flawlessly.

Nothing bad. It was basic but pleasantly done. Self check in so figure it out. Good signage to help with that. Porch to sit on with "view" of other residential houses.
