I had a wonderful stay at Global Apex Luxury Suites, Miami, from 15th to 17th October. The property made my Miami experience comfortable, but what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality of Lotus at the reception. Lotus was incredibly helpful, supportive, and accommodating throughout my stay. As a solo traveller, having someone so approachable and willing to help makes a real difference, and Lotus went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to assist deserve special recognition. It is often the people who make a place memorable, and Lotus is a perfect example of that. She is a real asset to the property, and I sincerely hope the management recognises and appreciates her dedication to guest satisfaction. I would happily recommend Global Apex Luxury Suites to anyone visiting Miami. Thank you, Lotus, for making my stay so pleasant and memorable. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Miami! ❤️

I’d like to leave the most exceptional review for Global Luxury Suites at The Variety. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was unmatched. Leah, Fernando, and Walmarys were so accommodating, kind, and professional — they made our entire experience flawless. Even though our check-in was scheduled for 2 PM, we arrived early and they graciously allowed us an early check-in and a late checkout. That flexibility made such a difference and showed how much they truly care about guest comfort. The accommodations were top tier clean, modern, and spacious. The location was ideal, and the service was truly 5-star across the board. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and felt like a true home away from home. The location is perfect, walking distance from everything you could need, and the customer service was top-tier — kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. I’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for luxury, peace, and top-notch service all in one.
