We loved the views and the sound of the seagulls and sitting out on the balcony. We also liked that the steps down to the beach off the Esplanade were right across the street and it was lined with blackberry bushes. It was just wonderful to sit out early mornings on the deck and chill.
We liked that it was a little bit further down from the hustle and bustle of the main part of Margate.

I would recommend that the deck be cleaned. It is a lovely spot but it was very dusty & dirty. The glass was dirty as well. The other recommendation is to have a few extra towels and some extra bedding. We were a family of 4 - one daughter and a son and it didn't work out for them to share the upstairs bed. My daughter slept on the couch but there was no extra bedding for this which made it uncomfortable for her.

Good location, only 20minute walk into the centre of Margate with great views of the coast. Good discounts at location restaurants good for breakfast and dinner. Easy access with lots of local parking.
Lack of glasses, with only 1 wine class in the property, so had to go to the local supermarket to purchase disposable glasses. Bowls, plates, cutlery and glasses were dirty so had to re-clean everything when we needed to use them.
