Great location sea front with amazing view! Balcony with comfy chairs. Parking. Plenty room . Kitchen well equipped.clean Nice decor.

Lacke of hanging space in top bed room.could do with couple hocks maybe on top door so can hang a dress understand no room for wardrobe as slooping roof. Main bedroom bed very squeaky. No iron board. Water very very hot in shower.

Location, good size

Squeaky toilet door, noise travels through from other flat.

View over the sea was the best attribute. Location was also good. Balcony was very enjoyable.

A shortage of cooking pots and a sink bowl. After heavy overnight rain there was a sewage odour in the bathroom. It did disappear after a while. Bed could have been a little more comfortable.

For once the prperty was even better than the photos esp the wonderful lounge corner looking out at the beach and also the balcony. Location perfect as easy walk to middle of town or 20 -30 min to the lovely beach to the the west (St Mildreds). Beach stairs opposite flat and at bottom a mini tourist info with maps etc whilst a Tesco express 3 min away.

one night at 12.30am woken up as the fire alarm went off - we met the residents of the other occupied flat and turned off all smoke alarms buttons we could access but one was still going inside the other unoccupied flat. We found the fire control panel but didnt have a code to disable it nor were the hosts or other phone nos answering (given the time). Eventually had the idea to look at the empty flat key box which was accessible, so opened the door which turned off the alarm though obviously had to check no fire there either. Spoilt an otherwise perfect stay.
