Beautiful house close to beach, Dreamland, station

Spacious property close to the beach and station. Perfect for a big group of friends and good value for money compared to the local area. Nice lounge with space for everyone to relax.

Could have had a more thorough clean, quite a few spider webs.

The place had a really good location close to the beach and to the centre in a quiet street with off street parking. It was really nicely decorated and spacious. It has enough kitchen equipment.

It hadn't been fully cleaned from the the previous tenant, there were plastic cups and random bits under the be.and sofa. The floors were not fully hoovered and cobwebs and dead insects were in a lot of places. The important things were clean though like kitchen, bathroom and beds. Some bits need updating and repair like the fridge doesn't have a tray for bottles, the kitchen door and windows wouldn't opened and the garden furniture were really old and damaged. The sofas although really nice were probably second hand and were a bit dirty too. This house would be perfect there was just a little of updating and money spent. I would return if these issues were resolved.
