About this house rental
Large, 6 bedroom house (each with its own shower and basin bar one ground floor bedroom) with sea views. Packed with quirky character, this house was previously a bed and breakfast.
Excellent location just 2 mins walk to the main Margate Sands Beach, Margate Station, Dreamland and the Sundeck. A new kitchen, spacious dining room for 12 pax with sea views, and a super comfy living room to relax into after a day on the beach. Free on street parking or paid parking at Margate Train Station.
The space
A unique space full of character as well as all the amenities you may need. You have access to 5 floors - basement - playroom/bar, ground floor living/TV room, bedroom, garden, family bathroom 1st floor - kitchen and dining room, second floor - 3 bedrooms each with its own shower, 3rd floor - 2 bedrooms with their own shower.
As this is a listed building, our rooms do not offer full ensuite, however each room has its own private shower & hand basin. Toilets are located nearby on each landing. There are four loos - 1 on the top floor then one between the second and first floor, and the last one between the first floor and the ground floor. There is also a loo in the family bathroom.
A former Bed and Breakfast, this grade II listed property comes with a number of mod cons..... from a huge boiler for continuous hot water to a huge TV - you will have all you need for a great break or holiday.
Three bedrooms have sea views as does the dining room and living room. You will use the main front door and have exclusive use of the house.
