Imperial House "Serviced Apartments"

A lovely stay. The location is fantastic, with a short walk from the station and a beautiful view of the beach nearby. The instructions for getting into the building were clear and helpful. The rooms were impressive, and the views were stunning! The living areas are spacious and comfortable, and the bedrooms were well sized and cozy. Simon was very kind and welcoming, and everything we needed was provided. The underfloor heating was a real bonus on chilly mornings and evenings. Thank you,Simon!

The dishwasher was not working well. But Simon responded well.

Perfect, central location and beautifully decorated and furnished. Very clean and the welcome back was a lovely surprise.

This is a wonderful flat in the perfect location, across the street from the main beach and seconds from Margage high street/old town. The flat was well equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, toaster, smart TV etc. Simon went out of his way to make us feel welcome, there was a breakfast hamper, bottled water in each bedroom, fresh flowers in each room, the bathroom had all toiletries required, etc. The building also has a lift which was handy. The only thing I'd mention is that the windows are single glazing so the sound carries. In the evening you could hear people sitting on the promenade and outside the pub downstairs but it wasn't a problem as the noise died down by 11pm, including on Friday and Saturday.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting a friend in Margate. The positives Great location, right on the seafront, not the prettiest of views but you can still see the beach and sea from the apartment. The host Simon was welcoming and friendly. The apartment is clean but not luxurious. Petes fish and chips were fantastic. Good choice of restaurants locally We ate at Mullins brasserie on Saturday and had Sunday lunch at the Bulls Head

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting a friend in Margate. The curtains don't close properly in the lounge, at night the harbour lights shine right in at eye level. The rug in the kitchen is dangerous, so easy to trip over it its unnecessary imo. Couldn't get the TV in the bedroom to work. The bed in the room with the TV is very comfortable, the other bed ,the mattress is far too soft No microwave No hairdryer No beer glasses Sofa is very hard and uncomfortable The accommodation is on the 2nd floor, the ground floor is a bar,this makes it very noisy, especially Friday and Saturday night . The noise continued until after 11pm
