Appartamento Iris - Immobili e Soluzioni Rent

Très bien situé, proche du centre ville, du parc et à 6min de l’aéroport de Milan- Bergame, ce bel appartement était très bien agencé et très propre. Les explications étalent disponibles en anglais et en italien et le propriétaire est très à l’écoute et réactif. Je recommande fortement cet appartement.

L’unico appunto, sarebbe carino poter trovare una bottiglia d’acqua o del caffè per la colazione almeno per il primo giorno

Location is good. Apartment is spacious. Nice and safe neighborhood. Free parking at nearby street. Easy come and go.

The apartment has already seen its glory days. The paint on the walls was scraped in few places. The light switches are some kind off game to play. You press one and light goes off in different room or bathroom. Sofa in living room is not for sitting. When i sat on it i thought i was going to drown in it. The bed in the bedroom was a bit uncomfortable and the mattress was sagging also radiator was little bit leaky. Kitchen could have more accessories but it wasn't bad. Now let's go to the bathroom. Shower curtain is something from a different universe. Shower tray should be replaced along with the curtain long time ago. Also it was covered with some kind off paint to renew it. Not a very good job. Shower head was taped to the holder. The photos of the apartment don't represent actual state of it. They were probably taken short after renewing it.
