Absolutely NOT recommended – Fraud & only got deposit&taxmoney back thanks to Booking.com, one month later. This accommodation was a disaster. In advance we agreed on a time for the check in. I was 30 min late (as I came all the way from Germany and couldn’t plan the traffic in advance). When we arrived nobody was there and we called him. He said he left because we were not there and he needs 30 min come back. Yes, we were late but I would have expected a different behavior. At least that he contacted me before he left or would give me the code for the key-box. Once we finally entered the apartment, the problems continued: I booked the accommodation for one adult and two children, yet there were no towels for the children and the beds were not made. The apartment was not prepared, beverage and food left in the fridge, and does not match the photos shown on Booking. The host was also very rude and suddenly demanded a €500 cash deposit, claiming it would be refunded 7 days after departure. As this had not been communicated transparently beforehand, I refused. After a discussion, we agreed on €150, which I had to pay immediately by cash or instant bank transfer. Good thing I am Italian and we could talk in Italian. Don’t know how other guests could handle this. This deposit was never refunded by the host. I only got the money back because Booking refunded it as a gesture of goodwill, not because the host returned it. In addition, the host charged over €54 in Tourist Tax, claiming this was normal. As I am from Italy myself – from the same region – I knew this amount was clearly excessive. The host told me to contact the local authorities. I did, and it was confirmed that I should have paid €5,81 in total. The host initially said he would refund the overcharged amount. After that, he became completely unresponsive, ignoring all further messages. This amount was also refunded by Booking as a goodwill gesture, not by the host.

Ho soggiornato qui per un paio di settimane e mi sono trovato davvero benissimo sotto ogni punto di vista. La casa è molto comoda, accogliente e ben organizzata, perfetta sia per brevi che per lunghi soggiorni. Tutto era pulito e funzionante, e durante la permanenza non ho riscontrato alcun tipo di problema. Un grande punto a favore è il parcheggio privato proprio sotto casa, davvero comodissimo e non scontato, soprattutto per chi viaggia in auto. Anche il contesto è molto tranquillo: con i vicini nessun disturbo, sempre tutto silenzioso e piacevole. Ho apprezzato molto anche la presenza di Netflix e Prime Video, un dettaglio in più che rende il soggiorno ancora più confortevole e rilassante, soprattutto la sera. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza super positiva, mi sono sentito subito a mio agio e tornerei molto volentieri se dovessi ripassare da queste parti. Consigliatissimo.

Brak prywatnego parkingu, auto trzeba zostawić na ulicy. Kontakt z zarządzającym bardzo słaby, wręcz tragiczny. Musieliśmy kontaktować się przez infolinię Booking i pomoc konsultanta w celu uzyskania dostępu do mieszkania. Ponadto ściągnięto od nas podatek klimatyczny po 20€ za osobę, o czym nie wspomniano w ofercie wynajmu mieszkania. Obiekt nie zwrócił opłaty gwarancyjnej w wysokości 300€ w określonym terminie, mimo próśb o zwrot i kontakt. Udało się odzyskać, dopiero po interwencji Booking i potwierdzenia płatności kartą. Mieszkanie jest OK, czysto, ale chłodno. Potrzeba czasu żeby je ogrzać.
