I really enjoyed my stay here in Bergamo. Sonilas Apartment is located within walking distance of the city centre and right in front of a bus stop, so getting around is super easy.
The beds are very comfortable and the room as everything one could need. Sonila even provides some water, milk and juice upon arrival. That and the fully equipped kitchen with free coffee were really enjoyable. However the highlight was the fresh cake she brings every day! So nice.
Two main points that I didnt like (which are however not really the hosts fault)
- the apartment is on the ground floor of a very lively street and is shared! meaning every party gets a separate room with bath but the kitchen is shared. I was unlucky with my "neighbors" who decied coming back drunk at 4 and 5am from a party was a good idea. That in combination with the thin walls and windows (so you hear all stret noise) wasnt super nice. However not her fault!! I was told that most bulidings around town are like this so prepare for that. Earplugs helped very good.
- the bathroom had a strong "toilet smell". It was clean, however thats the kind of smell you have when sanitary amenities get old. Maybe a renovation could help get rid of it because really no open window or cleaner can help this anymore.

La ubicación bastante alejada del centro y en nuestro caso con pocas opciones para comer algo la noche que llegamos (debía ser festivo y es la zona de la Universidad)
