A very bad and unpleasant experience.

Location is very good if you need a good connection to Airport.

This was the worst experience I’ve had so far. First of all, the house owner is very unpleasant, rude, and passive-aggressive. She responded to every question in a very harsh manner and behaved unprofessionally. She did not welcome me as the owner of the house, yet she made a problem when my friend helped me settle in. Additionally, she continued to harass me even after I left the accommodation, sending me threatening messages. On top of all this, there is dust on the shelves in the room, and it is very cold at night. I paid everything as required, and I think it is unacceptable for someone to behave this way. I have never had such an experience on Booking.

Acceptable

The place is in Città Alta, so it's good for getting to know that area during your initial stay. Everything is uphill, so traveling light is the best option. The apartment is fine if you only plan to spend the night sleeping or resting 😊

The shared bathroom sink was clogged and the shower had some stains. I texted this via WhatsApp, and they mentioned they would come to check it. The bathroom door was difficult to open; it seemed a bit loose.

Great female only accommodation

I had a great stay here. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The room was spacious and had a cute balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. I also appreciated that it was female-only accommodation, which made me feel even more comfortable.We didn't cook much, but the kitchen was well-equipped. The host was very helpful, and the self check-in instructions were clear and simple to follow. Everything was also spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this place!

Bellissima stanza per sole donne, comoda e spaziosa, a due passi dal centro storico di Bergamo

Ho prenotato la stanza per mia sorella, in quanto la struttura accetta solo donne. Mia sorella si è sentita tranquilla e sicura nell'appartamento e ha potuto conoscere altre compagne di viaggio. L'appartamento si trova lungo la strada per citta alta e quindi risulta molto comodo per visitare Citta Alta e la la parte bassa di Bergamo. La camera è molto spaziosa ed è dotata di tutti i comfort. La pulizia molto accurata e il letto veramente comodo. Peccato aver soggiornato solo un giorno. L'host è stato moto reattivo e tutte le indicazioni ricevute per check-in e out sono state precise. Davvero una bella struttura.

La habitación me pareció acogedora; la cama, grande, comodísima y bien equipada. Me pareció que las instalaciones estaban limpias.. El trato vía telefónica con los anfitriones fue correcto

Las puertas tienen unas cerraduras que hacen bastante ruido cada vez que se abren o se cierran. Por otro lado, me gustaría poder haber gestionado la temperatura de la habitación, pero entiendo que lo controlen de forma centralizada

L'appartamento che ospita le 4 stanze è molto carino dotato di una cucina attrezzata e un bagno abbastanza moderno. La mia camera era dotata di piccolo ventilatore molto efficente, la pulizia era buona e gli spazi perfetti. Il letto matrimoniale e i suoi cuscini sono stati comodissimi. Muri abbastanza insonorizzati, le mie vicine di stanza sono state molto rumorose fino le 2 di notte, ma dalla mia stanza il rumore si attenuava molto. Il ritiro delle chiavi ha avuto qualche intoppo ma l'host è stato veloce nel fornirmi aiuto.

Un bagno per 4 stanze di SOLE donne può recare disagio, ripeto solo donne (per capire i tempi di utilizzo del bagno). Devi essere fortunata nel trovare ragazze educate che lascino le aree comuni decenti, bagno e cucina sono stati lasciati in condizioni tremende dalle ospiti e in due giorni sono rimasti tali, non so quanto spesso è prevista la pulizia generale delle aree comuni. Non è specificato che il balcone è in condivisione con un'altra camera.

La cama era grande y cómoda, quizá porque cogí la habitación grande. Las toallas también.

Anuncian la habitación con aire acondicionado y no tiene. Solo un ventilador que hace muchísimo ruido. Pasamos calor. No pudimos abrir ventanas porque entraban mosquitos. Son cuatro habitaciones que comparten un baño, que eso tampoco lo anuncian bien. Hablan de baño compartido, pero no para tantas personas.....Según Booking estaba todo incluido, pero el alojamiento me dijo que tenía que pagar las tasas, 2€ por persona. Al final la habitación sale cara. La ubicación tampoco es tan estupenda
