It was trully close to the city centre, no need to even use the public transportation! Two balconies, and plenty space in the apartement
The floor was a bit dirty/dusty, wifi kept going out - but this isnt something what the owner could have influence on, the parking lot isnt part of the building. The parking could be booked in any of the cities owned parking houses.

The appartment is located very close to main train station and old town. There was all we need for short stay, and host responded quite quickly.
There was issue with heating as it was quite cold first night, beds are not so comfortable.

It was centrally located. Our kids love trains and it gave them a wonderful opportunity for trainspotting. The two balconies were great to have. The beds were comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful. The apartment and complex felt very secure. It was a max 10-minute walk from the train station. Make sure when you copy the address to Google maps, don't include the floor. It sometimes interprets it as a different address.
If you want to cook a meal, the kitchen didn't have enough utensils. The chairs were a bit unstable after sitting in them for a few minutes. It's not the best place for cooking and eating family meals.
