Очень классный и по-семейному дружелюбный персонал. Все чистенько, все улыбаются и вообще в гостинице царит уютом и заботой. Ресторан при гостиницы очень вкусный, персонал работает быстро и очень внимательно к каждому гостью.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. I also loved the breakfast it was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety of options.
My room had a sea view, but unfortunately, there was a dog barking at night and early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. Also, the bed linen was not changed even once during my week-long stay, which was disappointing.

Hotel decor was nice, the restaurant and breakfast staff were polite and very attentive.
Room was clean and fine for a couple days stay
Weren’t informed about the fact that the pool area didn’t get any sun - this meant having to go elsewhere to sunbathe etc.
Shower was leaking into the bathroom and main room area - no seal on the shower which meant the water would just pour out.
We booked a deluxe double room with “sea view” we did not have a sea view at all.
