The room service lady she was great and I like the location but to be honest it’s not a five star hotel.
The break fast , the spa,the swimming pool.

We liked the cleanliness, the pool and sunbeds were excellent . Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Good location around 15 minutes taxi ride to old town .
Lots of cafes and restsurants closeby.
25 minutes transfer from airport..
Some of the staff unfriendly especially the young ladies taking payment at the bar !!!
Perhaps need some training on hospitallity ...
Rooms in the main building require an update , not worth a 5 star rating however its been given this for its location

Breathtaking sea views, incredibly kind staff, and a great breakfast. The location is very convenient, surrounded by beautiful nature and stunning scenery. And, of course, there are plenty of lovely cats!

The private beach
The cost of food and drink was high. On more than one occasion wrong order was brought to the table. Then stayed that’s what was ordered although what was brought to the table my oldest daughter 40 is allergic to what it was. Which meant we al eat at different times once was so late bringing it back they brought it upto our room
