Elanis Suites

We had a lovely stay at Elanis Suites from 16 to 24 September. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A big thank you to the reception team, especially Osman and Cinar, as well as Zenja and Ljudmila, who served breakfast, and Mia, who kept our room clean. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional. We truly appreciated their excellent service and would be happy to stay here again.

The only disappointment was that we were unable to move into our Deluxe Apartment on the first night and were given a standard room instead. However, the staff—especially those mentioned above—did everything they could to help us move into our Deluxe Apartment as quickly as possible.

Perfect pool zone, amazing breakfasts. Cozy free city beach and the secret beach nearby, that only locals know about.

The reception staff was extremely nice, the pool was clean and deep (much deeper than most hotels), black out shutters in the bedroom, comfy big couches in the living room

The apartment itself was nice and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful whenever I had questions.

There were no clothes hangers in the room, and breakfast was quite small and basic. The biggest problem was that while I was away, someone entered my room and removed the key card that was keeping the electricity on. My washing machine was running at the time, so it stopped in the middle of the cycle. When I came back, I had to start the whole wash again and wait for it to finish. I was very surprised that someone had entered the room and taken the card without asking. It gave me the impression that saving electricity was more important than the guest’s comfort.
