Reception staff (man) was friendly and tried to help. The location was accessible and we were able to walk around a large block. Close to where we needed to go.

There was insufficient, plates and cutlery, no toaster, no cooking utensils, nothing to wash the 2 pots that were provided. They place a single bed cover on a double/king bed. We had to use our towels to cover ourselves in the bed! Eventually after fighting each night for the single sheet I asked for more bedlinen which was grudgingly provided. The air-con in the bedroom stopped working, the toilet flush kept on running, it was 'repaired' 3 times but each time it was used it continued to run water into the toilet. We are vegans and we message them to see if they could cater for her dietary requirements. They said that they could cater for vegans but we ended up having chips, olives, tomato and cucumber for breakfast every day... The kitchen staff smoked in the restaurant. We checked the Turkish law online and it said that smoking in public places was not allowed. I raised the issue of the smoking (in my face over breakfast) with the cleaning lady who was smoking (using the translater app). The senior lady wrote that that as long as a window was open it's fine! I rest my case.
