Really nice big apartment for a family stay.

The building was a bit old but the apartment seemed very new.

The apartment was fine and served as a confortable base from which to explore Brussels.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It is close to tram and metro lines for those wishing to go into Brussels. The area has a good, bustling atmosphere and the locals were friendly and helpful.

The balcony was a disappointment, as it is only big enough for one person to stand on. And the view of the back yard is not very pleasant. I'd suggest that the owners might provide a corkscrew...

Nightmare

We received a message one hour before arrival that they had a problem with a blocked toilet and had to dismantle it. It will be fixed next day, and meanwhile another one available downstairs (actually in the cellar). Agreed on a some discount with the landlord and went into the city. When we came back at 10 pm, we noticed that water flown on the main hall's floor, checked for the source and was totally terrified... Savage water with some solid material came out from the main pipe. Left the apartment immediately and notified the landlord. Got my money back? You can guess... From that point he communicates only in French and not paying a penny back. (We received some compensation from booking.com due to the bad experience)

Estancia amplia, bien equipada y cómoda. Buen mantenimiento y limpieza. Posibilidad de aparcar en la puerta en una calle privada. Comunicación desde el primer momento con el anfitrión, ante cualquier duda respondía sobre la marcha. Aconsejable

Allogio da ristrutturare, meglio evitare.

All'arrivo non sapevo come entrare, ho provato a scrivere e telefonare al proprietario ma non mi ha risposto. Fortunatamente una vicina di casa mi ha aperto un bussolotto contenente le chiavi e mi ha fatto vedere dove si entrava. FUORI MANCA UNA INDICAZIONE DELL'ALLOGGIO. Scala per entrare molto, molto ripida! L'alloggio avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Non ritornerei.

Le logement est agréable et très grand. Commerce à proximité. Le pression de l'eau et l'équipement. Le contact avec le personnel.

Je pense manque de propreté au niveau de la douche. Le miroir de la salle de bain. Le bruit des voisins au-dessus.

Katastrophal

Nah zur Metro, Vermieter hat uns eine Stunde früher einchecken lassen und Videos zum Ablauf bzgl Schlüssel geschickt. Das war gut organisiert.

Eigentlich alles. Vor dem Haus viel Müll und Menschen die über Stunden am Eingang sitzen, rauchen und Alkohol trinken. Parkplatz auf der Auffahrt hinter einem nicht mehr fahrbereiten Schrottauto, wo dann eben diese Leute herumlungern. Meine Frau hatte Angst abends zum Auto zu gehen, da sie etwas im Kofferraum vergessen hatte. Schlafen war kaum möglich da die Familie die oben wohnt wie eine Herde Elefanten agiert. Viel Schreierei, Türen fliegen. Ein Kind was herumspringt dass die Lampen wackeln. Man kam sich vor wie in der Ghetto-Psychiatrie. Die Einrichtung ist total verwohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Betten durchgelegen und alt. Eigentlich Sperrmüll. Flecken überall. Im Bad sind einige Fliesen heruntergefallen und wurden nie ersetzt. Im WC das Waschbecken ohne Funktion. Auf dem Balkon Bierflaschen und Dreck. Die Aussicht sind Hinterhöfe mit Müll. Die Fenster in einem Schlafzimmer sind voll mit irgendwelchen Aufkleberresten. Es war absolut Schrecklich. Keine Ahnung wie die anderen Bewertungen zu Stande kommen. Diese Wohnung ist keinerlei Option für einen Besuch von Brüssel.

в апартаментах є вся необхідна техніка на кухні і в ванній. дуже добре, що є місце для паркування авто. поблизу є багато маленьких кафешек і магазинчиків, так що голодними ви не залишитеся. також поруч є супермаркет.

Megérkezésünkkor a mosógépben ágynemű mosódott, ami ottartózkodásunk alatt benne is maradt. Az erkélyen üres sörös üvegek maradtak és a fürdőszobában is különböző szatyrok és táskák hevertek a csap alatt. Olyan volt, mintha a személyzet nem végzett volna az apartmannal időben.

Prima appartement maar niet erg comfortabel

Ruim en schoon appartement, op een steenworp afstand van de metro en meerdere supermarkten in de buurt. Prima plek om je auto op de oprit te zetten. Goede communicatie met de verhuurder.

Erg gehorig van zowel de bewoners boven (stel met kind wat in de avond erg luidruchtig in het traphuis staat te schreeuwen) als buiten (10+ mannen die beide avonden naast de woning alcohol nuttigen op het muurtje, naast je auto, tegen de woning). Daarnaast is er maar 1 koekepan welk geen antiaanbaklaag meer heeft waardoor je niks kunt bereiden. Zelfs een ei bakken is bijna onmogelijk. Achter het toilet lag een vies geel schoonmaakdoekje en de bedden lagen erg hard. Ook voel je de lattenbodems en de metalen stang in het midden van het bed door het matras heen. Op je zij liggen is hierdoor oncomfortabel. Slaapkamer aan de voorzijde heeft een heel dun gordijn wat niks helpt tegen zonlicht en warmte. Temperatuur om 08:00 uur al richting de 27 graden. Bank op verschillende plekken wat doorgezakt. Voor 282 euro voor 2 nachten voor 2 personen had ik toch wat meer verwacht.

Appartement calme, lumineux avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Super douche. Hôte réactif au téléphone. Bien situé: lignes de bus et métro.

Juste un bémol concernant le matelas du lit repliable : un peu fin… mais pour une nuit c’etait très bien.

Хозяин был вымер время на связи, бесконтактное заселение, 10 мин пешком до метро, а там 20 мин центр города. В поблизости 2 супермаркета, в соседнем доме кафе со свежей выпечкой. Аппартаменты очень большие, две отдельные спальни, гостиная и отдельная кухня, отлично для 2 пар, может даже для 3 пар - огромный диван в гостиной.

В душевой нет шторки, только до половины отгорожено стенкой, нужно аккуратно поливаться водой, чтобы не разбрызгать все

A asigurat loc de parcare. Are dotările necesare. Gazda generoasă. Am găsit cafea, zahăr,etc

Curățenia trebuie îmbunătățită. Miros de mucegai; mai ales pe casă scării. Neaerisit, geamul la baie nu se deschide
