Location,facilities and vibe from balcony,also its clean and safe.

Super close to the beach. A good place to stay if all you’re going to do is sleep there. Good aircon, really kind, helpful staff, and they sorted an airport taxi for me which was great.

Could probably do with a deep clean and some fresh linen. But really good value for money so you get what you pay for.

Great place to stay in Mirissa. Close to the beach and enough away from the main road. Easy check in and out. Towels for the beach were a really nice extra

The hotel was overall okay, but a bit disappointing considering the price. The room was quite small for what we paid, and the bathroom was very cramped. The shower was so close to the toilet that water went everywhere, which was inconvenient. The price felt high compared to the value offered. During our stay there were several electricity outages, which affected our comfort. Additionally, the room was not soundproof, so noise from outside and other rooms was noticeable. During our stay in Sri Lanka, we stayed in several different hotels and had no issues, which makes us believe that it is possible to find better accommodation at lower prices. Not a terrible stay, but for the price we expected better facilities and comfort.
