Uncomfortable.

Nice cat lives outside.

Run down and grotty, like an old student house. Beds were average at best and the sofa bed was so bad it was unusable. There’s no place for more than a couple of people to sit. TV and WiFi didn’t work and the noise from the road woke us at the crack of dawn. The water pressure is non existent and the shower only does freezing and boiling. The photos are cleverly taken to make the place look like something it absolutely isn’t. To call it Exquisite is laughable and arguably dishonest.

Central location. Ideal for shops, transport links.

Easy access and great location for town centre. Bedrooms were excellent, clean, and well fitted out. Separate bathroom and toilet which was very convenient. The kitchen was well fitted, well equipped, and the host left us tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, etc, which was brilliant. Small table and a few chairs to sit in the courtyard, which was nice. Overall, it fully served our purpose, and the host was very supportive. Very friendly Cat also seemed to keep an eye on us.

We assume there is some refurbishment still underway. For example, the kitchen light switch was unfinished. Stair carpet was not secured on the bottom step. One wall in the kitchen looked unfinished. The bathroom had a new shower unit fitted, but the end of the bath looked unfinished, or maybe damp?

Spacious well equipped flat

Exceptionally sized rooms, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, very clean and short walking distance to Bedworth town centre shops. Even had a garden which we were not expecting. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The water pressure is low so took a long time to run a bath but once it was full bath was spacious and water lovely and warm.

Not a Exquisite stay as advertised

It was not as stunning as made out to be paint work tatty, Floors feel like they are about to collapse on stairs and hallway, took over an hour to run a bath no water pressure, settee in lounge jad stains, so late for wedding we were attending. Morning, we were leaving no hot water, so we had to wash in freezing cold water and then travel 4 hrs home. Did not mention kitchen downstairs and rest of property upstairs, back garden very tatty with broken down shed. I can not say this is a EXQUISITE STAYS ,

Només dir que hem marxat un dia abans perquè hi estàvem malament. No ens podíem dutxar ja que la dutxa no anava bé. La cuina És en un pis diferent d’on has de menjar. La nevera no funcionava correctament i estava mal falcada. La casa està mig en reformes. Ja només entrar a la casa fa molta basarda i el pati està molt mal cuidat i abandonat. Les fotos enganyen MOLT. La moqueta és bruta i s’arrenca. La fusta de sota és insegura, sobretot a les escales. Els quadres cauen sols i de nit. Hem repassat is la última comentaris i diuen coses molt semblants a nosaltres. Fa temps, doncs, que no hi ha un bon mantenimient.
