Comfortable and well equipped.

The property was very clean and well equipped. Easy to park-we were able to park the mini van on the drive. There was a shop within walking distance and a fairly quiet area. It was very useful having a washer/dryer and dishwasher. There were even toiletries in the bathrooms and tea/coffee in the kitchen.

A very family friendly place.

I have 4 children and needed somewhere comfortable to stay - this place everything i needed - microwave, kids spoons , pots and pans and a high chair ! We had access to a garden too which was brilliant for my younger two kids. We were very comfortable here- my family loved it.

The rooms were great sizes and well equipped. Really appreciated the cot bed as well. Was perfect for what we needed.

Minor issue - we went to hoover before we left but the hoover left a horrible dog smell

Perfect for what we needed

The location was great for what we needed. Lots of green outdoor space around the area. Bedrooms were spacious, and the whole property well equipped.

The kitchen/living area was small but perfectly manageable.

A fabulous and comfortable house in Nuneaton

I've stayed here on previous occasions and it never disappoints and is spotlessly clean throughout, well equipped and very comfortable. It was also very easy getting the keys and there's ample parking for two cars if need be. The host is also very helpful and easy to contact. I stay in a lot of houses and apartments for work and this is right up there with the best!

Another Great Stay At The Shires!

This was my second stay at the Shires and it was again excellent. very clean, comfortable, and extremely well equipped! I stay in a lot of houses and apartments on my travels and the Shires takes some beating!

Large comfortable clean beds Proximity to Mythe Barn for family wedding

Kitchen needed a good clean. Smelled of grease and cooking smell - was off putting. Garden very basic… no plants, just grass with timber bench and table. Not a nice view. Mirrors in bedrooms were not near any mirrors to blow dry your hair or do makeup so had to take off the wall and put near electric point. Overall lack of electric points. Just constructive criticism as the stay was comfortable for what we needed and reasonable. Regards Barbara
