Probably more comfortable in summer.

The location was good to reach points of interest, the property is spacious and probably lovely to stay in during summer. Large garden for dog.

We visiting in January during a very cold spell of weather, the house was very cold on arrival, the heating is controlled remotely by the owners, there is no way to turn up the heat in the property yourself, guests have to contact the owner, who did turn the heating up for a short time but as the rooms are large it did not make much difference. The living room has an electric fire but this did not make much difference, we sat under a duvet with hot water bottles which we had luckily taken just to be comfortable. For this reason we would not return.

Great location and plenty of space - well equipped and all questions answered quickly

The beds were a little uncomfortable but still managed to sleep and the sofa in the lounge was not very sturdy or comfy but we didn’t need it for long

Just what we needed after a long day in tamworth, great value for money.

Spacious, off road parking, towels included, large outdoor area, TV with disney plus, wifi, home from home.

Honestly the only thing we didn’t like were the mattresses, they were very thin.

Lovely home in an excellent location

The bedding was immaculate, the bath was lovely and deep. We loved the little touches of sweets, books and Lego for younger kids. Samantha was super helpful as a host. It's in an excellent location, Drayton manor is a walk away, Birmingham city centre is half an hour etc. a really good base for exploring. Lovely garden too if you get the weather to sit out.

The sofas were a little uncomfortable and a bit of a squeeze for four of us.

5 Stars from us⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

House was in the perfect location right next to Drayton manor where we were traveling the following day. Stayed as two adults and four kids and there was plenty room for everyone my oldest son being 13 loved having a double sofa bed to himself and not having to share with one of his younger siblings like most places we have stayed before. Had a lovely dinner in the dining room the night we arrived and the kids loved having the back garden to explore as well. House immaculate, shower great nice and hot and even had Disney plus for the kids to watch. I wish we stayed longer. Will definitely be back again. ☺️ Thank you so much.

Eine gute Unterkunft für eine Nacht

Vor unserem Rückflug am nächsten Nachmittag suchten wir eine günstige Unterkunft nicht allzu weit vom Flughafen Birmingham. Das Tamworth Home erfüllte diese Kriterien vollkommen, da die Unterkunft groß, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite gibt es viele kostenlose Parkplätze, der Check-in erfolgte mittels Schlüssel-Safe problemlos. Wir entschieden uns für das Zweibett-Zimmer nach hinten heraus, da das Zimmer mit Doppelbett nach vorne heraus liegt und man den Straßenlärm merklich hörte. Da wir nur eine Nacht blieben, war es für uns kein Problem. Unser Sohn gefiel die große Auswahl an Kinderspielzeug und der Heiz-Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Das WLAN war schnell und stabil.

Im vorderen Schlafzimmer waren die vorbeifahrenden Autos ziemlich laut zu hören. Die Matratzen waren zudem etwas weich. Insgesamt waren wir aber mit der Unterkunft zufrieden und würden diese für eine Nacht wieder buchen. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würden wir aber vermutlich etwas ruhigeres suchen.
