The property is really cute. Set in a nice quiet location. And communication from host was perfect.
It wasn’t the cleanest. Inside the drawers were dirty esp in the bathroom. Also asked to clean dishes, but no facilities to do this.

Attractively furnished, exceptionally clean, great bathroom and shower, quiet and secure (gated entrance), thoughtful touches like milk in fridge, well equipped including huge TV, kettle, fan, microwave, iron, toaster. Good location for Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield and Tamworth, basic pub very nearby. An exceptional place for an overnight stay.
Lack of accessible electric sockets (none on counter), so had to move appliances to the floor to use. Bed too close to the metal edge of the kitchen worktop - my husband injured his side, trying to pass. A lightweight quilt, washing up cloth tea towel, and kitchen knife would have been really useful.
