Excellent modern and luxurious stay in spacious 2-bed house

Spacious, clean, modern, beautiful decoration and clear instructions for wifi, TV, shower, cooking hob on table. Very thoughtful small chocolates on pillows. Excellent location 17min to Twycross Zoo. On quiet road. Very friendly and helpful hosts!! :)

Very little! Walls a bit thin between 2 bedrooms upstairs so can hear sound playing between them. Minor improvements would be to add hand cream next to soap in bathroom, more toiletries and diffusers/toilet freshener.

Great Apartment

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, just a short distance from Drayton Manor, which made our trip so convenient. The place itself was great: clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Matt and Aime were absolutely fantastic host so accommodating and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable holiday!

Very comfortable. Everything was simply explained so no worries about how to operate appliances. Nice warm house with very comfortable bed. Bottle of wine and milk in the fridge, lovely jesture. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again.

Nice little family home.

Very nice property, all the modern conveniences that you need. A welcome bottle of wine, complementary tea, coffee, and milk. Homely and warm.

As we are a bit older found the kitchen stools a bit difficult to get on, fine for younger people, just personal choice. Could have done with another little table next to the single armchair to put a drink on.

it was ideal for us to meet up with my wife family and visiting old places that my wife could recommend from her childhood. but it also not far from all local shops snowdome and out of town shopping centre also not far from Drayton manor . the property is well equipped all you could need for a stay.

Business traveller staying for a week in a very nice property.

Really nice property. It is ideal for the single person, couple or two adults and a small child. The property is small but is full of all mod cons. There is room for off street parking and the surrounding area is quiet. The proporty is close to the town centre and easy to get to.

We particularly liked the open plan lounge with the well equipped kitchen leading onto the enclosed garden. The bathroom was modern with a very good shower. The check in and communication beforehand was easy and straightforward

Great house in a great location

The house is in such a great location. We booked because we wanted to go to Drayton Manor which is just down the road. But it was also convenient for shopping and a nice walk to a nature reserve. The house itself is very well presented and the owner is very helpful. We loved the welcome chocolates too, nice touch!

Beautiful property with a home from home feel and Matthew was an excellent host .

Location was ideal for us . It was in a quiet road with no through traffic. Lovely walks and shops near by.

For us the double bed could have been larger as it was a small double.

Lovely holiday home!

Communication with the owner was great, I was contacted day or 2 before travelling with instructions on how to access the keys to the property. The house was immaculate and well presented. As others have said it was well equipped, even including things like kitchen roll, washing liquid/tablets etc. We would definitely recommend to a family travelling to visit drayton manor and other places nearby. Our little boy particularly enjoyed the garden to play in on an evening. Thank you for a lovely stay!
