Wouldn’t let my dog sleep there.

Filthy and stunk of cats. When I arrived the lady followed me in and locked the door behind me making me feel extremely uncomfortable as a woman on my own. Honestly the mess in the kitchen too: I said I couldn’t stay there as it was nasty and I didn’t feel safe. I requested a refund and was declined. I was absolutely desperate for it back as I literally spent my last penny on it and no where else to stay. Thankfully a family member bailed me out as they ignored my what’s app requests. It also said garden view. It’s a room on a new build estate in a new build house which I think is misleading. For another 20 pound I stayed in the OYO Tamworth which was lovely.

Will definitely be returning!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cotton Tail Hotel. Rachel was a fantastic host, and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We especially loved the pet bunnies - we were allowed to join in with feeding time which my child loved! Our bed was really comfy, and the bathroom & bedroom were clean to a good standard. We also appreciated the extra facilities (Hairdryer, shampoo, snacks, etc). Highly recommend. We will definitely be back! Thank you Rachel :)
We would have preferred some seating in the TV room (although we LOVED the 'cinema' style TV!) And our bedroom could have been a little warmer in the mornings :)
