The property was as described, located in a quiet road. We had clear instructions on how to use everything. The beds were ever you comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Thank you.

The property was extremely dirty, furniture very old and worn out to the point that it needed to go to the skip, we have never stayed in a place so bad. Booking.com you need to look into this property as it’s definitely not more than a rating of 3, and I am really sorry to say this

Good location and nice property, it had the basics and the bedrooms were comfortable.

The living room could be improved by more comfortable sofas, it was the only uncomfortable room as the carpet was tired and there was a smoke smell.

Good location and quiet neighborhood. We didn't use the garden, although it was a nice size. If I stayed during the summer, I would have been to afraid to be in the garden in the evening due to complaints from the neighbours (been told not to be in the garden after 9.30pm) Rooms spacious and plenty of space. So much potential in this home but the negatives out weigh the positives sadly.

We requested well before our arrival that one of the beds were split in to twins beds. Upon our arrival, the beds hadn't been split. I rang the owner and they attempted to contact the cleaner who was sick and hadn't been to clean the house but sent a family member to so say clean the house, we ended up having to split up the beds, make them ourselves after a long journey, following instructions via phone call on where to find the bedding. There were also no pillow protectors on any pillows and neither on the bed of the one we had to do ourselves. Everywhere I have stayed has always had these on the beds. Also the house is in much need of tlc and repair which I have read in comments of other people who have stayed. The cleanliness of the kitchen cupboards, the hood to the extractor fan was layered with grease, the kitchen unit which was missing a door, which is easily repaired. The sofa arm is broken, the mould on the ceiling in the main bathroom and the wardrobe in the small double room with broken pieces just dumped inside the wardrobe. This is something i do not expect from staying in an air bnb at the price we paid. Also my other concern is the lack of interlinked fire alarms around the house. I am very aware that every room should have them, bedrooms, living room and dining room. I feel the lack of cleanliness and the expectation of us having to make our own beds was the most frustrating of all. Also the heating, only having a boost for an hour at a time and arriving to a very cold house and having to figure out the controls to the heating with no signage, no boost button was marked and had to figure this out. There was no clear instructions in the event of a fire and the fire exits clearly marked. This house has alot of potential it's just a shame there is no care in looking after it.

I loved the location, right near to Tamworth and also to Ventura, so able to get there within minutes and also close to the motorway.
