Worse host ever

After being my whole family being kept awake until 5am with screaming, shouting. Singing banging from another tenant - I contacted the landlord Adam for a refund for the one night I was kept awake (I paid for 3 nights) he just blocked me rather than speaking or discussing it or even giving me the money back. Poor host

2 night stay, Home away from home.

Everything from the minute of arrival was in order, all facilities were clean and in top condition, Surfaces were sparkling. The facilities in the household were all ready to use with all necessary goods, A ready home on the go from the moment we stepped foot into the building. Bedding was comfortable, the living room was cosy with a smart TV for any form of entertainment, Perfect as expected, fulfilling our expectations and more for our short stay :) The host was very welcoming, Informing us with any necessary information at the start, Even showing us of a small binder with the information printed for viewing, Afterwards it was complete privacy untill when it was time to leave :)

Aangenaam ruim verblijf met alles wat je nodig hebt.

Vlotte communicatie en afspraken, gemakkelijk inchecken met sleutelcode, veel ruimte, privé parkeerplaats op afgesloten terrein, goede ligging naar het centrum. Foto's stemmen overeen met realiteit.

De slaapkamer en de leefruimte met slaapzetels zouden beter verduisterd kunnen worden, te veel licht in de kamer 's morgens maar dat namen we erbij omdat de rest ideaal was voor onze bestemming. We wisten dit ook want vorig jaar verbleven we in hetzelfde appartement.
