Unpleasant, doesn’t look like the pictures, not clean…. Avoid at all costs

Dust everywhere, rubbish behind beds, dirty sheets, damage to property, not newly refurbished as stated, fly infestation, mattresses were uncomfortable, beds squeaky, utensils dirty, not been cleaned (dirty and sticky floors), every time you left the property the neighbour was watching every move you make.

awful, worst place i have booked on this app, filthy, no refurbished at all and no refund offered ignores all messages

was dusty and dirty not been cleaned for long time, broken doors resulting in son getting trapped in the lounge, broken floor tiles sticking up, crawling with spiders, walls all damaged and broken, holes in doors, windows stiff and mouldy, dirty bed sheets with long black hairs!!! loud music late at night from neighbour, asked for refund blanked all messages!! avoid!!!

Linen,towels beds very clean ,fridge clean.lovely large flat plenty of space.

The overall cleanliness , tables windowsills, floors in kitchen and some walls need a good clean .the outside area and entrance were full of rubbish . The outside stair case very dirty . Not In a good location very noisy .

NOT newly refurbished. Grubby inside and out. Not secure. Did not stay. NOT recommended.

The pre-arrival comms from the host were good, but in no way did the property meet expectations.

Property is NOT newly refurbished as advertised. Lockbox isn't numbered as per instructions. Exterior and entrance were grim and interior was grubby and in poor condition. Big hole and cracks in the wall in the entrance. Door frames and skirting boards coming away from wall. Living room window didn't lock. Didn't feel comfortable or safe. Decided not to stay. Property is not suitable for fee-paying guests and question the validity of positive reviews. Contacted host who apologised that the property didn't meet our expectations and offered a 50% on a future visit. No refund.

I would have to say the accommodation was good value but the location was questionable.

Collection and return of the key was simple and the host was welcome given the short notice.

The location. It wasn't the best! I had to leave my vehicle outside the front of the property and the local we outside the front of the property till well in to the early hours and I had to go out a one point to ask them to stop sitting on my vehicle. Also the windows in the property were held shut with blocks of wood suggesting it had been broken into before. this did concern me.
