Great location. Owner came out late at night to meet us. Apartment really well furnished, with many mod cons all in top condition. There is a nice little swimming pool. Best of all is the location, close enough to walk in to Simons Town centre and only meters from the beach. Superb for a family.

Great location and Warren was a lovely host. The flat has everything needed and we appreciated the supply of tea and coffee.
Extra beach or pool towels are needed, as both are nearby.

An Unforgettable Stay – A True Gem!
Our stay at this property was nothing short of magical. Nestled in a peaceful and quiet area, it offered the perfect escape for my wife, children, and myself. Waking up to the soothing sounds of gulls and penguins was an experience in itself — truly something special you don’t find every day.
The apartment was absolutely beautiful, with classy finishes and an undeniable sense of style and presence. It felt like a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, making our stay all the more enjoyable.
A special mention must go to our host, Warren, who was simply incredible. Not only was he accommodating and welcoming, but he also shared his vast knowledge of the area, which helped us make the most of our time exploring.
This place has left a lasting impression on us, and we will, without a doubt, be visiting again — and more often! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful yet unforgettable getaway.

The host was exceptional in receiving up and extremely helpful, more importantly as I was participating in a 30 I’m race that only finished at 11:00. He was completely understandable and basically said “check out whenever you feel comfortable after the race”. Great and amazing hospitality! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
