Overall property location and property was great, but instructions how to get the key, what to do for check in is really poorly. I contacted property, but never received an answer to my text or to my messages through booking.com. Communication is very poorly as I did ask about iron if property providing, never heard back, glad we took travel size iron with us.
Despite communicatios property very nice clean and comfortable for saltaying in centre of Milan. Everywhere walking distance and good connection with public transport.
Lack of communication and information from property management.

Easy contact with the apartment owner and the beds were quite comfortable.
Surprise that I had to pay to the owner and not via booking; no parking in the vicinities and what was indicated was far and inconvenient to deal when with 2 kids. The most important feedback: the rate cannot be considered 24hrs, if you can only check in after 15:30 and must check out by 10:00-10:30. It is absurd to say this is a daily rate.
