Bonjour, la disponibilité du personnel, la flexibilité, la simplicité pour trouver l'appartement, la cadre, la commodité et la propreté+++ Merci beaucoup
Le fauteuil en face de la porte d'entrée/sortie, mais ça c'est la morphologie de la maison, dans la cuisine il manque du savon pour lavé les assiettes, dans la salle de bain il manque le tapis pour essuyer les pied, avec la pluie l'eau est entré par la fenêtre dans le couloir.

Overall property location and property was great, but instructions how to get the key, what to do for check in is really poorly. I contacted property, but never received an answer to my text or to my messages through booking.com. Communication is very poorly as I did ask about iron if property providing, never heard back, glad we took travel size iron with us.
Despite communicatios property very nice clean and comfortable for saltaying in centre of Milan. Everywhere walking distance and good connection with public transport.
Lack of communication and information from property management.
