Villa 11- Gold Princess

Location was fabulous. Nice quiet turning, overlooking the golf course. Small amount of noise from building work but nothing obtrusive. It felt really safe and secure. Gates were lockable and the outside space completely enclosed. Great little supermarket in easy walking distance, and a nice bar/ restaurant. Numerous fabulous restaurants in easy driving distance with some amazing food available very near by. Beds were really comfy and linen was clean. Lovely warm blankets and big fluffy towels. Kitchen facilities were great. Good dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Lots of cutlery and crockery. Big fridge freezer. A few bin bags, washing tablets, dish cloth and tea towel provided. Comfy sofas and lots of room. It's a really spacious villa, with plenty of airy open spaces. The villa was nice and clean. Communication with the host was on the whole ok. And the problems we had were mostly dealt with swiftly. Would we stay here again? Yes, 100%. It's literally at the end of the runway of the nearby airport. However, from when you first hear a plane, to when the sound disappears, is approximately 30 seconds. And we weren't bothered by it at all.

There is not enough hot water in the boiler to manage 5 hot showers. We realised this early on, and spaced them out. But I wouldn't want to juggle 8 people all needing showers within a couple of hours of each other. There wereno instructions for rubbish!! A simple thing, but we had no clue what to do with all our bin bags and recycling. The (lovely, very helpful) maintenance man eventually told us where to take it, but this was after being there for 9 days. On our arrival, 2 of the showers were broken. One of which flooded the middle bathroom. This was fixed (over a bank holiday) but the other one wasn't and I had to chase this up. The parasol was broken and unusable. This was eventually replaced after sending a reminder. There were no bath towels in the downstairs bedroom All these things were fairly minor, a d it wouldn't take much to turn this from a brilliant stay, to an outstanding stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 ed era tutto perfetto; dista circa 15 minuti di macchina dal las americas e la zona è molto tranquilla, non ci sono rumori di vicini e affaccia su un campo da golf molto bello. Gli unici rumori sono gli aerei che atterrano ma non sono fastidiosi. C’erano tutti i servizi.

Al nostro ingresso abbiamo trovato un cassetto di una camera non pulito, per il resto era tutto pulito.

Location was good

Facilities with in the villa could have been better. No toaster in kitchen, no dressing tables , mirrors in bedrooms, no towel rails in two of bathrooms and no air con upstairs

La proximité avec les voisins, un petit par vue pourrait résoudre ce petit souci. Mais pendant notre séjour nos voisins étaient peu bruyants
