About this villa rental
Casa Paraiso is a large villa suitable for 2 families and located in the heart of Golf Del Sur, just 10 minutes drive from the airport.
This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa sleeps 9.It is totally wheelchair accessible with easy access and no steps. There’s parking for at least 6 cars.Once through the main gates there is a separate entrance taking you through to the heart of the villa. Having these two gates makes the villa pool area TOTALLY SECLUDED and not overlooked. The pool has a large waterfall flowing into it, a kitchen/bar with bbq,fridges,freezer,sink,flat screen tv, and music system. There is a large table for Al fresco dining, a sofa and chairs, also 9 sunbeds for relaxing in the sun.
There is an outdoor area complete with a pool table and multi gym
On entering the villa you find yourself in a large hall with doors leading to three of the bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge area. The property has a master bedroom suite comprising of a queen size bed, walk-in wardrobe, shower room, lounge/kitchen and patio doors leading to the pool. This area of the villa could be used as a separate annexe.
Bedroom 2 has 3 single beds with the option to make a large king if required. There is a large en-suite bathroom with shower and separate bath.
Bedroom 3 has a king size bed with an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 4 is at the rear of the villa and separate from the other bedrooms. It has two single beds with the option to make them into a king. There is an en-suite wet room.
The living area has a L shaped sofa, standard sofa and armchair for curling up if you decide to have a night in watching the large flat screen tv whilst serving yourself a drink from the indoor bar.
There are several televisions in the villa controlled by an IPTV box with full sports, UK channels and movies. You have 7 day catch up available with the option to change languages. Netflix (own account) is available on both lounge televisions.
The main kitchen has a central island, ceramic hob, 2 ovens, large in built fridge,microwave, dishwasher and is well equipped for a villa of this size. The kitchen sink has a built in tap with filtered cold water (no need to buy bottled water) .There is a table and chairs then sliding doors which give access the rear patio with views of Mount Teide. Theres also a separate utility room with a large freezer, sink and washing machine.
The spacious dining room with large dining table and chairs is situated next door to the kitchen.
There’s a welcome pack on arrival. Cot and high chair available at no extra cost.
It has fibre optic wi-fi and air-conditioning.
Situated in a peaceful and popular area of Golf Del Sur where all the amenities are only a 6 minute walk away. In the resort centre known as San Blas you will find 3 squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants; some with evening entertainment as well as bars showing all the popular sports and for those who like playing bingo or quizzing. A few bars host games and quiz nights. There are shops, cashpoints, doctors and a chemist .A lovely sea front walk takes you to the new marina. The name Golf Del Sur hails from the 2 leading golf courses - one a championship course opposite the villa and within easy walking distance. Golf Del Sur has a regular bus service - the bus stop being a 2 minute walk away.
Please note bookings are a minimum of 5 nights apart from Christmas and New year period which is 2 weeks.

We didn't meet our host but communication was excellent. We met our hosts representative on arrival and although a little abrupt She did show us around the villa and explained how the alarm worked, we ket the same lady on departure I did hear her suggest to a colleague that it was our choice not to have a problem with the swimming pool fixed that made it unusable for the last few days of our stay. The problem was actually a mechanical failure with a filter that the host was trying to resolve over the Easter weekend when everything was closedWe we're instructed by the same lady that we would be charged if we didnt clean the BBQ before departure which is fine (we would have cleanef it anyway) but there were no materials or equipment provided to do this.Villa was clean and tidy with the exeption of the throws over the outdoor seating which looked and felt tather grubby. Villa in an Ok location and although we knew there were no views from the grounds this is the only reason we wouldn't revisit this particular property.

Wonderful family villa , great pool area , plenty of Inside space where you can have your privacy. Outside space and bar area around the pool are great for bbq and drinks. Villa is well eqiuiped with everything you need. Supermarket, bars and restaurants 7 minutes walk and nice walks along the boardwalk to Los Abrigos. Bus takes you to Los Christianos just outside villa . Deborah your host is excellent and very helpful will definitely return

We had a great stay in the villa. It was perfect for a large family. The swimming pool and bar was the highlight. In the evenings we were all sat at the bar having drinks and watching the sport on the TV outside in the warm conditions. The house was very clean and after being checked in we were left to it which was great. Bars and restaurants a five minute walk away but hiring a car essential to explore the island. Would recommend.

From booking to saying goodbye the whole experience was excellent. Fantastic host where nothing was a problem, communication brilliant.Villa just outstanding-everything you needed was there including a very generous starter pack from the host. Location was brilliant, short 7 minutes walk to all bars restaurants and hyperdinno. Would highly recommend this villa and I’m definitely booking again Thanks for a holiday to remember.
