To start there was a rather large cash deposit they didn’t tell us about until we arrived in the country. (fully refunded at the end at least) The tiles around the unheated pool when wet were like an ice rink and injuries happened. The tiles are living in one place due to tree roots. There was an ant issue in the room we were not given access too (could be see through windows). The people in charge had issues with the number of people we had per bed and expected people to share (teenagers). Banister on stairs was very loose and not safe for the toddler and the 80 year old we took on holiday! Some rooms didn’t have curtains. No Wi-Fi and when asked if the had the question got ignored. Oven was dirty and all markings were gone so hard to figure out. Smelly drains inside the house. Coffee machine had mould in the drip tray. No lock on downstairs toilet door. Owners operative had to be asked to leave the property with lit cigarette as one of us has health issues. Limited loca parking as drive not accessible
