About this villa rental
This 450m2 light and spacious property offers the perfect tranquil retreat from all the activities and facilities to be enjoyed at the nearby resorts of southern Tenerife. This magnificent detached villa with plenty of cool and contemporary living space is set amongst beautifully landscaped grounds above the Costa Adeje and the exclusive resorts and beaches of Fanabe and Bahia del Duque. Al fresco dining is a delight on the covered terrace which overlooks the solarium and swimming pool (heated during the winter). A built-in BBQ offers another fun outdoor dining option amongst the gentle and welcome shade of palm trees and other tropical plants. The villa offers a beautiful, peaceful and private setting for family and friends to come together, relax and soak up the sun in style.

We had a great 10day stay- 9 of us in total, the host Sandra was lovely and super helpful.The villa is as described, beautiful and spacious.There is a shop that you can walk to and a bus stop around a 35 mins walk.You will need to make use of the local taxi's or hire a car.Would really recommend this villa and their host Sandra :)

Villa Verde is a wonderful Villa with spectacular views and excellent facilities. All rooms are spotless with all the facilities you require.We found that having a normal sized Fridge/Freezer for 9 people very tight when it came to refrigerated goods.The reason for the 3 stars is that we found the host extremely unfriendly, we had a very stressful time after we left the airport. Our pre booked Taxi was not there, no phone reception, when we eventually managed to locate the taxi he could not locate the property for 20 minutes. When we arrived at the property our greeting was awful with the Host being very annoyed at our late arrival and then charged us 35 for having to stay after 10:30pm. Every other villa Villa we've stayed at has a key lock box so your arrival time is not an issue.Other instances occurred during our stay where we had to contact the Host, all interaction seemed to be quite hostile and very unprofessional. The reason for the other reduction in the rating was the fact that construction work was occurring close to the Villa which ruined our peace and quiet. (no fault of the Villa owner but still impacted on our stay)In summary, this is a wonderful Villa, let down by an unfiendly host.
