Lokalizacja, prywatność, wielkość willi, zieleń natura, Udogodnienia - siłownia, gill, ilość łazienek i sypialni.
Basen niestety w styczniu podgrzewanie solarami nic nie dawało i woda była zimna, zimniejsza niż w oceanie. Ręczników powinno być więcej i lepszej jakości.
