Amarilla Golf Villas is a stunning new development of villas. This particular property has been further updated in 2024!
Set in an unrivalled location the development offers wonderful views over the golf course, down to the sea and the marina. The development stands out as one of the best in the area and is definitely for the more discerning holiday maker.
Each unit has been furnished to a very high standard and offers the ultimate in comfort.
This particular 4 bed penthouse has a huge sunny south facing terrace where you can stretch out in private and enjoy absolutely stunning views over the golf course to the sea and marina. There aren't too many better places to be!
There is also a gorgeous pool (solar heated) and a gym area overlooking the golf course and the sea.
There are 4 bedrooms. 1 has a kingsize bed and ensuite. The other three have twin beds, 2 of which have ensuites.
The living room has two very comfortable sofas. The TV has a unique system picking up 100's of channels around the world including Russian, Spanish, German and full UK TV with films and sport.
Free Wi-Fi (Fibre) is available throughout.
The well equipped kitchen offers everything required for dining in.
Amarilla Golf Villas is set on the edge of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur. A 10 minute walk from the development is the marina that separates the resorts. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach.
Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive.
Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.
The air conditioning is available during Summer only (June to Sept). Heating is provided if needed in the winter.
None of the units have washing machines but we do have an on-site laundry service. For the current price of 20 Euros, a staff member will collect a full bag of laundry from you, wash it and return to you.

We stayed at this apartment over Christmas and had a really great experience. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The pool and pool bar were a real highlight — great atmosphere and fantastic service throughout our stay.We did have a small issue with the hot water, but it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment.

The accommodation was spacious. The main issue we had regarding the swimming pool was dealt with by Jon who we had contacted.

When we arrived we used the recommended car service lynn was prompt and very informative recommend her to anyone who books at the property, we were greeted at the bar as we arrived early than the check in time nothing was too much trouble and was made to feel welcome while we waited for the property to be made ready, very clean when we arrived and had a lovely break in the most comfortable bed I have slept in being 6ft 8in, the bar and restaurant was well stocked and the food was amazing. I played golf while I was there and the course was very well maintained and had some of the most amazing views of the tees testing but fun to play but would recommend playing after 3 as it is nearly half price.
There are some lovely bars and restaurants near to the accommodation in walking distance and a supermarket in a cab for your shopping.
Highly recommend to family and friends and will definitely be staying again in the near future hopefully in the new apartment on the roof
