Casa El Pinito welcomes you in Charco del Pino, Granadilla, offering an impressive 200 m² holiday home with spectacular views of the village, the sea and Mount Teide. This spacious property accommodates up to 12 guests in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will find a fully equipped private kitchen, dining area and open-plan living room with large windows, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, video on demand, washing machine and workspace. Families will appreciate the available cot and high chair.
Outside, you will find a private fenced garden with a heated outdoor pool, exclusive barbecue, covered and uncovered terraces, and a private balcony. The outdoor area includes a lawn, outdoor dining area with retractable roof next to the barbecue, and a back garden with fruit trees. There is a shared ping-pong table, chairs and sun loungers by the pool, as well as board games and children's books.
The property offers 6 shared parking spaces and pets are allowed upon request. Events and smoking inside the house are not permitted. Groups under 27 years old are not accepted.
Within less than 2 km you will find a health centre with 24h emergency service, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops and the historic centre. We recommend using or renting a car to reach and explore Tenerife comfortably. The property is fully fenced for your privacy, and the hosts live nearby to assist you quickly whenever needed.

Israel met us at the property and was available for questions - made check-in easy. We did have to leave a deposit though. We were left a nice welcome gift of snacks and beer/wine.The villa is very spacious throughout and is ideally suited for 2 families as there are two sets of 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Kitchens and bathrooms are well-stocked including provision of pool towels. The pool is heated but we were there in April and it could be cool if there was a breeze. It has a really good outside area including a good bbq.The ping pong table provided hours of fun and there are also lots of books (mainly Spanish / German) and board games. There are two large smart TVs too with Netflix, you-tube etc...The villa is around 15 mins from the airport and 45 mins drive from the main tourist areas. The roads around the villa are narrow / steep (like a lot of Tenerife) but there are very few cars using these roads. We didn't have any trouble driving to the villa.
