Casa Suenos is a spacious bungalow-style villa with four bedrooms, a gated entrance, and a charming setting amidst well-established terraced gardens. Nestled in the tranquil Alamo Park area of Golf del Sur, it is conveniently within walking distance of the bustling San Blas Commercial Centre, offering a diverse range of bars, restaurants, amenities, local craft shops, an express supermarket, and taxi services.
This exquisite property, Casa Suenos, provides all the essentials for a rejuvenating vacation experience. Spanning across a generous 600 m², it boasts two swimming pools - one heated in the front and another unheated at the rear.
Upon entering the villa through the hallway, to your right, you'll find an impressive living space coupled with an adjacent dining room featuring a convenient serving hatch to the kitchen. This dining area is equipped with a sizable table and seating for 6-8 people, ensuring a comfortable dining experience. - Bedroom 2 offers twin beds (90cm) with fitted wardrobes and drawer units plus an en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 3 has twin beds (90cm) and fitted wardrobes.
- Bedroom 4 stands out for its ample space, featuring a super-king bed (180cm), a free-standing double wardrobe, and bedside units.
The family bathroom is conveniently positioned between bedrooms 2 and 3, with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and storage unit.
The villa is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, suitable for video calls, as well as air conditioning in all rooms (excluding the kitchen). A ceiling fan and cable TV are also provided for your comfort. Had a great stay at this villa. We were a party of 4 - myself and my son ( who is disabled ) and his two support staff. The villa was ideal for our group as it had great amenities and was easy for my son and hos support staff to move around. The heated outside pool was awesome and we used it most days. The kitchen was well stocked with all items needed for cooking. The location is great with an easy 10 min walk to local shops and cafes. I am also a keen kitesurfer and wing foiler and the villa is only a short drive away from one of the best locations for wind and waves in the Canary Islands. Would highly recommend this villa.
