On a stretch where the market is actually far -around 2-3 km Nothing near by for partying

We had a wonderful stay at Sevonra. The room was very clean and modern, and the AC was excellent and much needed in the Unawatuna heat. The view was beautiful and the balcony was great for relaxing and watching the sunset. Their housekeeping team also offers daily room cleans upon request which was something we didn’t see anywhere else in Sri Lanka, so that was a great touch! The team was very lovely and helpful, and even arranged a scooter for us to rent during our stay! Would definitely recommend.

We thought we had breakfast included in our stay and as there was no one at the door checking rooms, we helped ourselves to the buffet and were only told after we had finished breakfast that our room didn’t include breakfast so we were then required to pay additional money for the breakfast we had eaten. In the future, it would be great to have a team member at the door checking rooms before guests are admitted to the buffet (there were plenty of hotel team members floating around the breakfast area so this shouldn’t be a problem). This is very typical at other restaurants that offer breakfast and would eliminate this kind of confusion in the future :)
