    Everything is good but they provide only two water bottles each day and room is cleaned after after 2 days. In a stay near the beach room easily gets dirty hence they need to improve that. The dryer in the washroom was not working and even the jacuzzi

    I was initially optimistic as the property itself is nicely located and generally well-kept. Unfortunately, a few experiences left me with a very poor impression of the management’s professionalism. During my stay, I had no hot water in the shower. I informed the manager, who promised to fix it but never did. Only at checkout, when I reminded them of the issue, the manager went up to my room, switched something in the corridor, and then demonstrated that the hot water was “working,” implying that I didn’t know how to use a shower. This attitude was both dismissive and disrespectful. I had clearly reported the issue earlier, and there was no need to turn it into a performance of “proving the guest wrong.” In addition, the breakfast boxes were poorly thought out. One contained a sandwich made only of thick slices of onion between white bread, which seemed like a joke rather than a meal for a European guest. Another breakfast box with an egg sandwich was charged at full price. I understand that small inconveniences can happen anywhere, but the management’s reaction was the real disappointment. Instead of apologizing or addressing the issues gracefully, they chose to play a game of denying and deflecting, which leaves a very unprofessional impression.
