I would love my money back - this was really terrible.

Location is great, breakfast at a small restaurant included was lovely. Jason who checked us in was lovely. That was it.

The whole facility is dated and smelly. The room was dark and even worse with old, dated smells. Bed is beyond tired, pillows are worn. The bedding was clean but very old. The ceiling is full of pipes and make-shift connection conduits, the decor is terrible and surely doesn't show how it looks on the photos provided. It shows veranda access but you have to walk through the worst access area. The windows rattle and the frames were dirty, the power went of in the middle of the night. The owner apparently was in the restaurant during breakfast and didn't make an effort to come over and apologise for the power cut: we were very reliant on the aircon to lessen the smell. It is not worth even a third of what we paid... really does a discredit to booking.com

Low budget, low expectations

Jason was really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was alright.

Bad condition - curtains not fully covered, air conditioner broken, strains on bedding. Bad location - very noisy, restaurant downstairs moves tables at 6am and traffic/pedestrians are loud until late at night.

It was very friendly = liked receiving a welcome message ahead of my stay - the breakfast in the cafe was lovely - and this was a great central location close to all the restaurants and bars, and just a 20 minute walk to the University - thank you.

Ideally located.

Very quiet., despite being located right in Green Point. The location is ideal. Walking distance to V&A Waterfront (entertainment, shopping, zillions of restaurants and bars), and also to the Metropolitan Golf course. In the immediate vicinity of the guest house you can find supermarket, cafés, restaurants.

O hotel eh bem simples e pequenininho, sao apenas 3 quartos. Estava muito limpinho e organizado. O ponto alto eh a localização que eh excelente pois esta bem no centrinho perto de todos os cafes restaurantes e bares.

O cafe da manha. O q esta incluso não vale a pena, Melhor pedir a parte direto do cardápio.

Diese Unterkunft ist doch sehr renovierungsbedürftig.

Es ist alles sehr eng und wenig Platz. Der Strassenlärm ist extrem. Positiv ist die gute Innenstadtlage.

Des chambres minuscules ,comme des chambres d’étudiant. Pas prêtes à l’arrivée, très bruyantes . Ceux ne sont pas des chambres d’hôtes, le petit déjeuner se prend dans 1 café. Arnaque.
