La Casina - Tintori apt

Was in a great location, was reasonably priced. The place is equipped with everything you need. The hosts are brilliant and very responsive and Informative. Parking very close that cancels ZTL fines.

La casina è molto concentrata ma adatta ad un soggiorno per due persone, è pulita, accogliente, ordinata, fornitissima di tutto (lavatrice, servizi igienici, doccia, ferro da stiro e un piccolo asse, riscaldamenti efficienti, fornelli, lavello, wi-fi, una piccola smartTV, bollitore, una piccola moka e potrei continuare ancora per molto). La posizione, altra nota positiva, è perfetta, trovandosi nel cuore di firenze e a pochi minuti a piedi da moltissimi luoghi di interesse e locali. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi nostro dubbio, esperienza molto positiva.

Aggiungerei dello zucchero al kit di benvenuto, in quanto era davvero l’unica cosa che mancava.

The location was super convenient, just a 15 min walk from most major sites. Santa Croce is an excellent and lively neighbourhood. Tons of great restaurants nearby and the train station is only a 25 min walk away but you can also grab the bus. The room was well furnished with a well equipped kitchen and clean bathroom. The owners put a lot of thoughtful personal touches and it felt very human. I appreciated the guide.

The mattress smelled like pee and this smell got worse with time. I had to open the window. All the beddings were clean so it was very confusing and uncomfortable.
