Very cozy property that was very clean with air conditioning that worked really well. The location was fantastic and it was walkable to most great sights in Florence. The hosts were communicative and helpful. The only downside is the bed loft was a little small and the ceiling is very low. The steps to get up are a bit precarious, so not recommended for anyone who has any mobility issues.

Communication was 10 points. Super dedicated host, reached out proactively, very understanding and accommodating. This place is all you need to crash once you’re done walking and shopping. Sleeps 2. No more than that. Hope to be back again.
