I spent one night at B&B Francesca, Bellinzona. Accommodation in the city center, with parking available. Very clean, quiet and beautiful apartment. Delicious snacks. Thanks for everything, Gino, we felt very good.

A FUIR

Nous n'avons pas apprécié que notre hôte nous change de logement 15 minutes avant notre check-in pour un vieux logement qui ne correspondait pas du tout au logement réservé. L'emplacement n'était pas le même, nous avons réservé pour 5 personnes, il n'y avait que 2 lits doubles, la salle de bains avec douche s'est transformée en baignoire, le logement était sale et sentait fort le renfermé au point que nous n'avons pas pu y dormir. La remise des clefs a été faite par la femme de ménage qui n'avait pas fini le ménage à 18h30, des sacs poubelles jonchaient le sol,...Après ces constatations, nous avons voulu joindre le propriétaire pour un remboursement, malheureusement il est resté injoignable. L'appartement Francesca, appartement que nous avions initialement loué, est fermé depuis des mois suite à des problèmes d'après les renseignements que nous avons obtenu sur place.

Centrale e comodo

Posizione comodissima, di fronte alla stazione. Appartamento spazioso e luminoso, al secondo piano con ampio ascensore. Ben fornito: due camere, divano letto, cucina ben attrezzata e un bagno (un po’ piccolo). Staff gentile e facile da raggiungere. Parcheggio gratuito sotto l’appartamento.

Letti un po’ duri e cuscini un po’ troppo sottili. Colazione essenziale, qualche dolce sarebbe stato apprezzato.

Grosszügige Unterkunft gleich beim Bahnhof und nettes Personal

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super - direkt neben dem Bahnhof von Bellinzona in einem schönen Haus (gerade über dem Al Porto). Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gepäck durften wir schon am Morgen deponieren und auch am Tag der Abreise bis am Nachmittag. Die Wohnung ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern; schöne Aussicht, Grosses Wohnzimmer, tolle Ausstattung (Flatscreen mit Apple-TV in jedem Zimmer); schöne Dusche, auch wenn das Badezimmer etwas klein ist. Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffekapseln, Föhn alles vorhanden. Das Frühstück im Hotel zwei Häuser nebenan war für uns sehr passend und freundlich serviert (kein Buffet - man krieg einfach Omelett, Käse, etwas Gemüse und frisches Brot - ich fand es super).

Nur kleine Details: Kein Kleiderständer bzw. keine Garderobe, obwohl viel Platz vorhanden; kein Abwaschbesen o.ä. in der Küche; keine kleinen Löffel im Besteck vorhanden; Decke im Bad müsste renoviert werden (Farbe kommt etwas herunter). Mich haben diese Sachen aber nicht wirklich gestört.

Da keine Rechnung ausgestellt wird, ist dies für Schweizerische Verhältnisse sehr merkwürdig.

Trotz Frage vor Ort und mehrmaliger Aufforderung per Mail stellt Gastgeber keinerlei Rechnung aus. Auf Fragen wird nicht reagiert. Gebucht für 3 Personen, aus Krankheitsgrpnden allein angereist. Trotzdem wurden für 3 Personen Steuern/Tourismusabgebae(?) verlangt. Keine Quittung, keine Rechnung. Frühstück war praktisch nicht vorhanden.

Unterkunft mit guter Lage und nettem Gastgeber

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Bahnhof, Stadtmitte, Sehenswürdigkeiten, usw. ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz. Das es ein Frühstück nebenan gab (wenn auch zugegebenermaßen nicht üppig und typisch italienisch mit Süßem), fanden wir auch klasse. Netter Gastgeber.

Teilweise sollten Dinge erneuert werden (z.B. Silikonfugen in der Dusche, Duschvorhang). Das Gebäude in dem die Unterkunft ist, ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen; z.B. das Treppenhaus sah nicht sehr einladend aus.

La colazione presso l'hotel è stata accettabile, ma si poteva fare di più. Mia moglie e mia figlia erano celiaci, ma l'hotel era impreparato alla cosa, nonostante li avessi avvisati in anticipo. Sono solo rousciti a fargli mangare omelettes. Non so succhi di frutta, marmellata, pane senza glutine, qualche biscotto, .. niente! Non era così difficile! Posizione di fronte alla stazione, vicinissima al centro, ma rumorosa di notte, con gli hotel e i bar vicini che facevano tanto rumore a partire dalle 6, ma anche durante la notte.

Prima overnachtingsplek

Goed telefonisch bereikbare verhuurder. Hij bracht ons netjes naar de parkeergelegenheid die goed te bereiken is via de achterkant van het gebouw. Veel ruimte, mooi uitzicht over de stad en de bergen, goede douchegelegenheid, veel privacy. Het ontbijt in het restaurant onder het verblijf was fantastisch. Super aardige en behulpzame bediening.

Slaapbank lag niet lekker. Uitklapgedeelte was hard. In de omschrijving staat inclusief ontbijt die we vervolgens wel zelf moesten betalen. Niet erg maar zet er dan niet bij 'inclusief ontbijt'. Het was erg warm in het appartement. Geen aircondition.

De locatie was in het centrum en er was een grote parkeerplaats aan de achterzijde. Het appartement was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Het ontbijt was heel simpel, maar voor dat geld kan dat ook bijna niet anders.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Sehr grosszügige Unterkunft, viel Platz, viele Schränke. Feines Frühstück. Direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof und trotzdem ruhig.

Wir hatten Mühe, die Dusche zu bedienen und benötigten Unterstützung. Weniger Schränke, dafür Ablagefläche und Garderobe hätten uns mehr gedient. Die Lüftung vom Haus gegenüber erschien uns nachts bei offenem Fenster sehr laut.

Ottimo

Gino e il fratello sono stati gentilissimi, disponibilissimi e molto cortesi. Purtroppo per un problema dell'ultimo minuto non abbiamo potuto alloggiare dove previsto ma Gino si è subito attivato per sistemarci in un appartamento alternativo e ci hanno dato piena disponibilità per qualunque necessità. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Consiglio vivamente questo host!
